Elder Pantelakis
There are crazy pre-transfer transfers going down today that we are helping with. So we don't have very much time to email, but we had a few really good lessons with one of our investigators. Also with these transfers I was told I will be leaving Zagreb next Monday. Idk where, I'll find out on Thursday. I didn't see it coming so it's a pretty big surprise. Crazy stuff. I love you all, it's great out here, keep being awesome! Peace! Elder Pantelakis

It was a good week yall! We had Zone Conference on Tuesday and it went well. We did a presentation and it was pretty chill. We ran out of time though and had to cram a bit, but Im glad it was that way rather than the other way around! The worst part of the week was also at Zone Conference though... Elder Radovanovic, Elder Odiorne, Elder Lowis (all 3 previous comps that have been awesome, one being my trainer), Elder Nielsen (been in my zone my whole mission except 1 treansfer, was there on Furious 5 night), and Elder Jacobson (my first Zone Leader) all bore their final testimonies because they go home in 2 weeks. Thats gonna be rough. We had a lot of contacting and it was good! Also we met with an investigator who is super cool! He is ready for baptism once his wife lets him, and he bore a legit testimony about how religion was lacking for him but the gospel all makes sense and how it makes him happy. It was super cool! There is other stuff too but it ties in with his story and thats a bit much to type... But it was a great experience. Time is short, but I love you all and have a great week!
Elder Pantelakis It was a solid week this week. We had exchanges with the missionaries in Rijeka and I got to work with Elder Lowis, my trainer, again! Hes such a stud. It was a good time! We helped some members move a couch which took up most of the first day cuz traffic was pretty insanely terrible! However, I was able to prove my legit driving skills in the massive box van we have because I followed the lead car all the way through some crazy streets without falling behind. Ya it was awesome haha. We did a lot of contacting as well and it is going pretty well! School just started so people are getting back from the sea, therefore there are more people on the street to talk to! We also played basketball with the nonmember son of a less active member, who is a stud. Hes a really good guy and he has had some hard times recently so we have been talking with him the last little while. We tried having lessons with the people mentioned last week, but both of them backed out last minute (one because of work, the other because he had a job interview (the latter being a good thing)). Also, Paul Cardall came to Zagreb this week and had a humanitarian concert. My comp and I weren't actually able to go, but the other missionaries said it was great! He came to church on Sunday too and he's just a funny guy. It was good being able to talk a bit with him.
In short, it was a good week. Everything is going well here, and we are seeing a lot of people progress at different rates in the gospel. Its a great thing to be here for. Love you all, have a serendipitous week! Elder Pantelakis Time is short but it was a totally serendipitous week! We had a former investigator who fell off the map call us, and we met up with him and it went so great! And then on Sunday he came to church. The guy is a stud! He has some tough situations right now but he has a sincere desire to learn and be baptized once he can overcome a few hardships! We also have a self referral that met missionaries in Argentina 30 years ago (he grew up there?) and we will meet with him this week! We had a good meeting with President this week about teaching skills and it was a really solid time. We talked about the BoM and prayer and how to convey their importance to our investigators. And we have zone conference next week and we will focus on those then as well. We have exchanges this week with the Rijeka elders and I am so stoked cuz I get to work with.... Elder Lowis! What a stud we are gonna preach the word! The work is progressing here, there was a baptism in my first area last week! There are so many little miracles happening! Have a good week yall! (my comp says that word a lot cuz he's from South Carolina ;) )
